offering the lowest pricing available.

On behalf of Office Depot we are pleased to offer a member service to all GhFA members on line or through our retail stores. Benefits include:

• Discounts for office essentials supporting your every day needs.  Technology items are excluded.
• Copy and Print Discounts
  • .02 cents for black and white
  • .19 cents for color copies
  • 35% of all finishing
    • Binding, laminations, presentations etc.

While shopping at our retail locations, make sure to utilize the credit card registered and your discount will automatically be provided at the time of purchase.  (In some cases the discount will not show on the receipt however when reviewing your credit card statement the charge will reflect your discount.)  No need to say you are an GhFA member.  The transaction will need to be processed as a credit card and NOT as a debit card to receive the member discount. 

Use of any coupons not designated for “Contract Customers” will negate GhFA program discounts. Please always review disclaimers prior to presenting a coupon at checkout.

In order to take full advantage of the GhFA discounts with Office Depot, GhFA members MUST register their personal/business credit card through the GhFA Member Services link here on the Office Depot click-through below.  Once you have linked your credit card with the Office Depot National Contract program, you will see deeper discounts when using your registered credit card.
